The shuttle less weaving machine generally uses a lubricating oil with a viscosity of 61.2-74.8 mm 2 /s at 40 °C, and supplies pure mineral oil according to user requirements, or a lubricating oil having no dripping and scrubbing property. For the use of scrubbed lubricants, the relationship with air humidity is a controlling factor. When the new oil droplets are in contact with the cloth or wire, the oil can be washed away, but the abrasive particles and dust remain in the fiber pile. Therefore, it is only beneficial to use a scrubbed lubricant under certain circumstances. When the air humidity is above 60% and the temperature drops at night, condensation will appear in the bearing to cause rust.
When spinning low-quality fibers and other materials that are not required to be lubricated, it is not necessary to use non-drip lubricating oil, and oil is usually used to wash off the dust in the bearing.
